Pros:
Garbage was managed well, property manager responsive
Cons:
Bad sunlight due to bein on the first floor, gates sometimes open
Advice to owner:
Security needs to be improved

Pros:
The courtyard is nice
Cons:
Courtyard is not open consistently. Maintenance is nonexistent, I’ve brought up leaks and they’ve done nothing. Good luck if something breaks overnight, no one responds to you.
Advice to owner:
Maintain the apartments. I’ve got a leak in the ceiling and it’s not getting fixed. In the long run, that’ll be a huge issue.
