Super is nice. Building management sucks
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighborhood. Relatively safe and quiet. Conveniently located to the D train. Grocery store is near by. The super is a nice guy
Cons:
- terrible neighbors
- The building is not well insulated you can hear everything! And I mean everything !!
-The building has not had gas for over a year now and counting
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants complains and take them into consideration

The floors are so thin you hear everything from your neighbors , steps, music
Former Tenant
Pros:
The garbage is always done!
Cons:
The floors are not insulated so you can hear when your neighbors are walking, talking or having sex . That’s not good when you have kids !
Advice to owner:
Insulate the floors better. Exterminate the hallways and garbage shoots. Roaches are in the hallways and trash shoot. Coming in the apartment.
