Not bad, could be worse
Former Tenant
Pros:
Washer and dryer in unit, but really only useful for washing
Water pressure is fine and works
AC works
Pets seem well behaved for most part
Received full security deposit back, quick and easy
Cons:
AC does not heat well enough, can get cold in winters
Seen a roach / rat or two in past, but seems a bit cleaner now
Garbage / Recycle bins fill up quick and piles up on floor
Walls are thin, noise travels far

My Honest Review
Former Tenant
Pros:
Peter the building manager was a great help in trying to fix it everything our landlord had promised and not delivered on.
Neighbours I encountered were friendly.
The building is in a fantastic location.
Cons:
There are mice in the basement by the garbage on a regular basis.
The landlord promised multiple things and did not deliver.
The landlord and property company were almost impossible to get a hold of and tried to cut corners when moving us in.
