Please don’t move here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighbors, quiet building, proximity to Central Park and west side highway, nice super and repairman (thanks Luis and Jaime❤️)
Cons:
Heat broke constantly all winter (ten times in January alone), cabinets fell off one by one, fridge broke, buzzer broke, oven broke, landlord does not fix things unless you harass him, landlord tries to say you broke things when nothing has been updated in decades, floors slanted and warped, mice infestation (we had to duct tape doors shut to sleep and there was poop in our drawers), neighbors taking landlord to court for security deposit and pest infestation, stove electrocuted me and it took weeks for landlord to fix
Advice to owner:
Stop gaslighting tenants and actually update things. Also stop trying to come into my apartment to pet my cat he doesn’t like you

Don't live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Friendly tenants, good location
Cons:
Pests, no heat in winter for days, unresponsive and downright rude management
Advice to owner:
Fix things when they're broken and stop blaming tenants for the things that are broken on account of your negligence
