We’ll run building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice amenities, generally well run, unbearable location, relatively responsive for fixes.
Cons:
1 of the 3 elevators has been out for 6 months. Since new ownership attention to detail is down a little bit.

Great place to stay
Former Tenant
Pros:
Gym, doorman, balcony, in-unit sound system… lots of amenities
Cons:
Individual heat/AC system rather old & not so efficient

Nice but overpriced and loud
Former Tenant
Pros:
24hr doorman, nice roof deck, most if not all units are wired for sound if you get a dongle to attach to the iPod dock
Cons:
Building is not built super well so you can hear your upstairs neighbors all the time. People walking by, or in the stair cases. If you have an early riser neighbor, then you've got an alarm clock. The floors are extremely thin and not built well. You can hear and feel people walking around. The contracts you sign do not include any carpeting requirements so there are a lot of vibrations.

Expensive laundry machines in building, $5.75 for one washer and dryer cycle.

The A/C units are loud and depending on the shape of the apartment not that effective
Advice to owner:
Your building literally shocks me when I'm on the roof deck. Like it's not grounded properly or something. It's very bizarre.

Have a little compassion and don't up security deposits mid-lease. I know it's something you're allowed to do but it's a bit gauche. Everything in your building is an add on.

Rabsky/Goose property management is a cartel.

Stop breaking the law then buying judges to make new loopholes for you.

Good building overall
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well kept, nice rooftop, great doormen/women.
Cons:
They charge you for every little thing (tried to charge us to replace a water filter that had been needing ups grading since we moved in) $2 fee to pay rent electronically. Small but pretty ridiculous
Advice to owner:
Stop nickeling and diming!

Loved our experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
The Staff are amazing, all of the front desk personnel, cleaning staff and maintenance are exceptional. You look forward to walking into the front door.
Cons:
Electric costs are higher than any other apartment we’ve rented with similar usage.

Nice building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The finishes in the apartment were high quality, friendly door persons, nice interior design and amazing rooftop. Management is very nice and tries but ultimately is too obtuse.
Cons:
Terrible bike storage, awful laundry room, small balconies on the street side. Some tenants are partiers and the management company is slow to respond to issues with rules being abused (rooftop parties, balcony charcoal grills, etc)
Advice to owner:
Higher floors are better but not the top floor (balcony does not have a covering there).

Great building
Former Tenant
Pros:
This is mostly studio and one bedroom: neighbors are mostly young couples.
The building management is very reactive and the super super efficient.
There is a gym and a nice rooftop
Cons:
Wifi at the gym or in the lounge doesn’t work well.
There is no in unit washing machine
Advice to owner:
Improve wifi. Offer in unit laundry

problematic management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Love the door people, other building staff, and apartment itself, laundry room is tiny, bike storage is outside and uncovered.

Management is problematic, have run into multiple incidents in which race was a factor, they are rude, slow to respond, defenseless, and manipulative. Have never had these issues in the city before.
Cons:
Laundry, bike storage, management, management, management.
Advice to owner:
Be better and more helpful.w

Former Tenant

Cons:
