Worst building to Live in !

Pros:
When the building first opened & we had the first Superintendent here everything was great ! Now ? The superintendent we have is the most unprofessional, dirty , unorganized person ever.

Close to subway and quiet
Cons:
Once a year, maintenance had to change the heating to air conditioning for each apartment
