Issues with pests

Pros:
Located next to station, close to laundry and grocery stores
Cons:
Absolutely filthy. Bed bugs, roaches,rats throughout the building. Heating was inconsistent. Never had an issue with neighbors.
Advice to owner:
Take better care of your property!

Pros:
I like the central location of this building, but that’s really the only pro I can think of.
Cons:
The first con was when I saw cockroaches in a bathroom. Secondly, not sure if the property owner knows they have a tenant subleasing, possibly illegally.
Advice to owner:
Get contact info of everyone who lives there, not just lease holders.
