Don’t waste your money !!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment is nice
Cons:
But looks are deceiving I lived in my apartment for 60 day’s and it’s infested with mice ! The building is NEVER clean and NO ONE come out to fix things when needed. The mailbox has been broken since i moved in and that hasn’t been fixed.
Advice to owner:
This is not how you treat your tenants!! Shame on you.

The definition of a slum landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to train and highway
Cons:
Landlord doesn’t fix anything properly. It takes almost 2-3 weeks for him to finally send workers to fix anything. Landlord is really rude and treats the tenants rudely because we receive help from HRA OR OTHER CITY PROGRAMS. He acts as if we are beneath him.
