Unique building, No Complaints

Pros:
The restaurant downstairs is quite charming, sometimes they have weddings on the second floor but it was never too loud. I also never saw a pest while living there. I loved the location and the space, it also has an interesting history.
Cons:
The electricity bills were unusually high. The unit itself was also difficult to air-condition and ventilate because of its unusual layout.
Advice to owner:
I never spoke to the landlord because my roommate handled all of the communications. Thank you landlord, I loved that apartment.

Pros:
It’s quite well kept, nice and quiet. Definitely clean for the most parts no
Cons:
Somehow have a lot of pests like cockroaches, ants, spiders. Expected for an old building though.
