Horrible Choice of a Building

Pros:
big space, live next to a park.
Cons:
Cracked floors, messed up tiles, pick and choose heat kind of super. Sink messed up, wall pressure, no elevator, crazy neighbors, bad neighbors.
Advice to owner:
Do better, Fix everyone’s apartment not just the Super.
