Nice neighbors Responsive management Included monthly extermination Clean, quiet building
Cons:
The things you would expect from an old building (the way smells and sounds travel, creaky and separated flooring, old bathrooms)

Cons:
There are cockroaches EVERYWHERE. They have to have a monthly pest control. The management is not helpful.
