Dirty and dark but quiet
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s quiet if you live in the back off the street
Cons:
It’s dark, super is not responsive, stuff takes forever to get fixed.
Advice to owner:
Believe tenants when they say water is leaking through the ceiling

Leaking through ceiling of bottom floor unit
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet in the back of the building and had lots of bathrooms within each unit.
Cons:
The unit above would flood in the bathroom and there is no insulation between the floor of the 2nd floor and the bottom floor apartment so the water leaked through for weeks and made the ceiling fall in. Management was slow to respond and fix the issue.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants when there is an issue and don't ignore the maintenance portal.
