Management Does Nothing

Pros:
Location, latest super does a good job keeping the building clean
Cons:
The management company is completely nonresponsive. Tenants call repeatedly to get issues addressed, and no one ever answers the phone. We recently learned that the building manager no longer worked there, but the new person is similarly MIA. Repairs in several apartments go unmade for extremely long periods--from things as minor as new paint to as major as not having a working stove. The heat isn't strong enough. Repairs to the boiler have resulted in tepid water for showering. Tenants have numerous complaints but can get no response.
Advice to owner:
Do your job! Answer phones and/or returns voicemails within a reasonable time. Fix things that need to be fixed.
