New, but poorly maintained
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very walkable area, rooftop access, bus that can connect to the L is right outside your door
Cons:
Terrible staff, laundry is subpar, no access to landlord, requests for maintenance go unheard for entire months

Overpriced, new management cut corners
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, Patios for rear apartments, water pressure, bathroom size
Cons:
Waste management always garbage all over, new management company prices apartments so high they have to offer months free at a time. This is one of those greedy losers that buys a building in foreclosure doesn’t actually invest in quality renovations but expects the upper end if rent in area.
