Love living here, amazing building in a great location
Cons:
Studios are small

The neighborhood is the best in the city
Cons:
We had a mouse problem that took mgmt 5 months to address
Incessant construction noise, across the street and inside
Very slow management communication/lack of attention to maintenance requests
Packages stolen from package room
Disrespectful young neighbors - cops have come to break up parties (yes during COVID)
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and DEAL WITH RODENT PROBLEMS IN A TIMELY MANNER.
