Horrible owners. Stay away

Pros:
Well heated, nice superintendent, close to shops and subway
Cons:
Bed bug infested, landlord and management company are rude. Landlord raises rent beyond legal amounts
Advice to owner:
Sell it to someone who cares about the tenants
