Charming building, great location if you don't mind lots of police lights
Former Tenant
Pros:
Mixture of long-time tenants, usually older European women, and newer Millennials & Gen Z-ers. Love the location in the EV. Police precinct next door enhances safety. Apartment floors and walls look great: bright, clean, but maintain character.
Cons:
No A/C so you'll need to stall window units. Natural light is passable but not great. Shotgun design is inconvenient.
