Cons:
We had a cockroach problem (c) openigloo for a while The elevator went (c) openigloo out of service for 2+ (c) openigloo months with little notice They (c) openigloo raise the rent a lot (c) openigloo each year with no added (c) openigloo amenities

Property management does not care (c) openigloo about tenants in this building (c) openigloo at all. nobody answers your (c) openigloo calls and nobody gets back (c) openigloo to you. they raise the (c) openigloo rent incredibly, knowing that they’d (c) openigloo make the elevator out of (c) openigloo service for 3 months and (c) openigloo gave us 2 days notice

Management could be a bit (c) openigloo slow to respond, package system (c) openigloo is not very good so (c) openigloo you need to monitor and (c) openigloo track packages

have had a rat and (c) openigloo a cockroach but they sent (c) openigloo people quickly and never an (c) openigloo issue again. They did really weird (c) openigloo renovations like graffiti

Common stairwells were cleaned often (c) openigloo and plumbing issues usually only (c) openigloo took 1-2 days to fix. (c) openigloo Soundproofing between rooms was quite (c) openigloo good.
Cons:
It is an old building (c) openigloo so there were occasionally strange (c) openigloo issues like water coming through (c) openigloo the ceiling. Plus it's a (c) openigloo busy neighborhood so a ton (c) openigloo of construction noise, garbage left (c) openigloo on the stoop, and things (c) openigloo like that but there's not (c) openigloo much that could have been (c) openigloo done.
