INHUMANE UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighbors do their own thing and the location is convenient
Cons:
Lots: Bedbug infestation throughout the building; lock on the door to the building was removed so there's constant trespassing by strangers, homeless people, prostitutes, drug dealers and users and they either hang out, sleep or have sex in the staircase; the building is always dirty as we haven't had a super in over a year; the trash piles up in front of the building and all throughout the staircases; packages get stolen all the time unless you stay on top of your delivery and grab them in time. Management is absolutely terrible and never provides the support you need. If something needs to be repaired, you have to call constantly and email in order to hopefully get someone to come within a week of you needed help. The repairs are always a patch job and never 100% complete. Management is a scam. Robin Ignico is in charge and has claimed on several occasions years apart that another company is buying them out to later find out it's her again. She doesn't care for things to be humane and in good condition.
Advice to owner:
Sell to people who actually care.

Improvements needed
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice neighborhood , very nice neighbors , calm environment very quite.
Cons:
The building is usually very filthy , very little maintenance if any at all. Building company very unresponsive.
Advice to owner:
Pay more attention to the property, in relations to keep it clean and sanitary. Cameras should definitely be installed to keep strangers from loitering or entering the building.
