Wonderful community, loud location

Pros:
The doormen are wonderful, friendly people. The building is clean and well run. The neighbors are mostly kind and friendly, with a nice community feeling.
Cons:
Those on the Atlantic Ave. side face constant sirens and honking. Opening windows lets in soot and exhaust. The condo rules make moving in and out excessively complicated and expensive.
Advice to owner:
Soundproof streetside windows. Otherwise, keep up the good work.
