Pros

- Friendly staff - Best apartment gym I’ve seen (has a squat rack) - Sauna - Nice terrace - Great location

Cons

Since it’s a condo there are a lot of fees to apply, but if plan to stay for more than one year it’s definitely worth it. The building is great
