Pros:
Spacious apartments compared to others.
Cons:
Never any heat , expensive rent

Building used to be good a decade ago , pay attention to complaints

Used to be such a nice place to live now it’s crap

Pros:
Good location close to all transportation and stores
Cons:
The building is filthy it reeks of dog urine. The super doesn’t do anything he doesn’t know how to fix anything. Management does nothing crackheads who live in the building are constantly breaking the washer and driers in the basement for the quarters.
Advice to owner:
Clean it up! Hire a new super who knows what he’s doing and isn’t afraid
