Pros
It has its charm, and the super was pretty responsive but it was a somewhat uncomfortable place to live.
Cons
Stairwell tiny and dingy so you can’t fit anything larger than a futon when moving in and out. Lots of homeless on the street out front. Thin walls so can hear people in the stairwell and outside very clearly. The super got into a fight with my movers when I moved out which was weird.

This building still sucks - laundry room hasn’t been open in almost two years because of bed bugs. hallways are never clean and littered with trash. packages are stolen in the lobby. There is one elevator in a building that clearly needs two plus the stairs are not sturdy so you always feel like you will trip. constant infestation of bugs and rodents. Baby mice run around in the hallways. I’ve had to buy special treatment for roaches because it used to get so out of hand.
Advice to the owners
Please do a better job of maintaining this apartment building if you’re going to raise the rent.
