My mother suffered the winter with lack of heat and hot water
Former Tenant
Pros:
Not much to say
Cons:
The super of the building is lazy, and does not like to repair the problems that the apartments have.
Advice to owner:
My mother who lived in apartment #5A has passed away on March 24th of this year. The apartment looks like crap, but it is not the property owner fault, because he was not aware of all the damage that the apartment has.
