Nice enough area. Great outdoor private spaces available. Rooftop for all.
Cons
No elevator. Very high electricity bill

Nothing really; building is “new” but not well maintained.
Cons
Mold throughout the apartment; washer/dryer broken; trash everywhere in the apartment at move in; water leaks through window and door frames when it rains; kitchen cabinets coming off the wall; water pressure a joke; basement floods; front door broken; chasing landlord to fix issues; super was nice but ineffective Landlord refused to take responsibility for any issues and refused to return deposit. Landlord represented to the New York Attorney General that apartment was rent stabilized so I wasn’t entitled to the deposit because landlord had to cover unpaid rent. The apartment is not rent stabilized.
Advice to the owners
Simple TLC goes a long way; also, don’t churn and turn your units
