Pros
I liked the back patio, newly renovated as well and big windows
Cons
Not a ton going on in the area, my packages were always stolen even when delivered inside, way too $$$ for the size apartment kitchen sink was too shallow and bathtub wouldnt drain well

Perfect first apartment
Pros
Maintenance was a breeze. We hardly had any issues in three years and everything was handled swiftly. Central AC was a huge win and noise was never much even with parties next door.
Cons
Definitely a bit overpriced for the location and amount of space. Closet space could’ve also been better.
