Impossible to deal with landlords

Neighborhood is great.
Cons
Landlords extremely difficult to deal with. Very unpleasant experience. Highly recommend everyone to stay away from doing any kind of business with them. -They don’t care about the building, they do very little maintenance. We had mice for the last 6 months and they never really did anything about it. -They don’t care about their tenants. They kicked 2 families out from the building saying that they wanted to sell and then re-rented the apartments for 30% more right after they left. -They constantly change their mind and disagree with one another and involve the tenants in their family arguments.
