Do not live here omg
Former Tenant
Pros:
Our apartment on the 5th floor had a washer/dryer and was pretty spaced out, but considering all of the cons it isn't worth it
Cons:
Firstly, our rent is nearly 3k. When we moved in the toilet was clogged and unusable, closet doors were not attached to closets, light fixtures were broken, horrible water damage to the floors; these were things we'd be assured would be fixed before move in that weren't. We have had consistent issues with water bugs, mice, and roaches. Any time we contact the super he refuses to come by to repair anything, and the management for the building is unprofessional towards me and my roommates despite the living conditions they allowed us to move into. For the amount of money we're paying for rent we shouldn't have all of these issues. Additionally, many tenants in the building are very unclean, and will often leave trash, bandaids, and rotten food like egg shells or vegetables all over the staircase and floors until the cleaning staff cleans it up (but they only come once a week it seems). Overall there are much nicer and cheaper places in the area. Do not rent from City Skyline Realty. I ended up reporting the building to 311 due to their unresponsiveness.
Advice to owner:
This building's super is extremely unhelpful and rude, and refuses to take care of basic requests like repairing a light fixture in the bathroom. What's the point of him working there?

Not the Best
Former Tenant
Pros:
- High ceilings - Brick Walls - Adjustable lights - Light in closet - Dishwasher (never used though) - Full bathrooms
Cons:
- No elevator - Roach/mice issues - In unit washer/dryer (is a single machine that takes HOURS to wash and dry, not convenient at all) - Small bathrooms - Ceiling Issues
