dingy but it'll do

family oriented neighborhood, quiet neighbors, sunlit rooms
Cons:
it's a walk up, heat was annoying at times during the winter (LOUD and doesn't stay hot for long)

Too loud of a neighborhood

The building is just fine if you are looking for a cheap ish place.
Cons:
The neighborhood is ridiculously loud. I understand partying on the weekend but this place is loud at 2pm on a Tuesday. There's a bar right downstairs from this building that is blasting music 24x7 and refuse to turn it down even after multiple requests.

Walk-up and there's no laundry
Advice to owner:
clean more, and put rat poisoning.

No frills apartment - good for students/others who are out a lot

Walking distance from 168th St station - lines: 1, A, C
Cons:
Can get noisy because it’s a corner building. It’s a walk up building and stairs aren’t cleaned too often.
Advice to owner:
The building has good bones // invest in keeping the common areas clean and updating the windows and appliances.
