Has so much potential

Location. So close to the J/M and G/L. Best part of Williamsburg. Great ceilings
Cons:
Management company is extremely unorganized and will not respond to any of your requests

Have qualified people run your office

Make utilities cheaper for your tenants by having energy efficient appliances and lighting. never made anything cleaner because of COVID, hallways are still super gross.
