Nice neighbors Amazing location Apartment is quite nice
Cons
Unresponsive owner Heat and hot water regularly turn off Package theft Unresponsive super who avoids real issues and gives vague responses, often because it’s what owner asks him to do

Great neighbors, poor management
Pros
Spacious units, (mostly) quiet neighbors, great location.
Cons
Poorly maintained building. Super is friendly but does the bare minimum in terms of upkeep or repairs.
Advice to the owners
Take some pride in managing the space. Clean more regularly, update broken fixtures, add some amenities like postal lockers.
