So-So but livable
Pros
2 bed 2 bath set up is pretty nice. room close to the street sometimes faces noise as it's on first ave, but nothing a sound machine cant fix. had one mouse issue which was quickly resolved. only a few cockroaches, but nothing crazy. exterminator has planned trips once a month which makes you feel better
Cons
we have a very distinct hole in our ceiling, and the building comes and paints over it, then tells us not to worry about it

In the midst of everything
Pros
Location is perfect and close to many subway lines, neighbors are friendly, laundry machines work well, maintenance is prompt
Cons
It’s noisy and you need to sleep with earplugs
