Outside of city, little far (c) openigloo from main LIC restaurants but (c) openigloo still close to other great (c) openigloo spots. The access to outdoor (c) openigloo spaces can sometimes be limited (c) openigloo which is frustrating but not (c) openigloo the worst thing!

Building is bright with big (c) openigloo windows and the common areas (c) openigloo are well maintained.
Cons:
I have never had worse (c) openigloo property management. It will take (c) openigloo dozens of emails and phone (c) openigloo calls to get in contact (c) openigloo with property management over extremely (c) openigloo urgent maintenance issues. So unresponsive, (c) openigloo they never pick up their (c) openigloo phones, and never respond to (c) openigloo voicemails.
Advice to owner:
Actually answer your phones and email.

Someone cleans the stairwell and (c) openigloo hallways about once or twice (c) openigloo a week

Lots of rats at our (c) openigloo entrance, hard to maintain the (c) openigloo trash outside the building.. perhaps (c) openigloo a larger dumpster would help

the walls in this building (c) openigloo are very thick, so even (c) openigloo though there are frequent parties, (c) openigloo it's very quiet

we've had many problems and (c) openigloo the super would frequently ignore (c) openigloo us, there are constant package (c) openigloo thefts which management does not (c) openigloo care about, and the street (c) openigloo does not feel safe at (c) openigloo night (more something for young (c) openigloo women to keep in mind (c) openigloo than a knock on management)
