Cons:
Lots of rats at our (c) openigloo entrance, hard to maintain the (c) openigloo trash outside the building.. perhaps (c) openigloo a larger dumpster would help
management does not care about tenants

we've had many problems and (c) openigloo the super would frequently ignore (c) openigloo us, there are constant package (c) openigloo thefts which management does not (c) openigloo care about, and the street (c) openigloo does not feel safe at (c) openigloo night (more something for young (c) openigloo women to keep in mind (c) openigloo than a knock on management)
