    Good price for location, but apartment has big misses

    Cons:
    - very limited sunlight (only (c) openigloo 1 room has a window (c) openigloo with natural light) - uneven (c) openigloo heating. one room is a (c) openigloo sweat shop during the winter, (c) openigloo whereas the other is ok (c) openigloo - frequent roach issue - (c) openigloo they offer biweekly exterminators, but (c) openigloo this shouldn't be a consistent (c) openigloo issue that requires regular visits (c) openigloo - paper thin walls. if (c) openigloo you have a loud neighbor, (c) openigloo you're out of luck. - (c) openigloo kitchen has no countertop space (c) openigloo - if you're into cooking, (c) openigloo this isn't the apartment for (c) openigloo you

    Actually supervise what is happening in the building. No one cleans it.

    Super is helpful and friendly, (c) openigloo and the location is very (c) openigloo convenient.
    Cons:
    There are problems with roaches, (c) openigloo as well as heating during (c) openigloo the winter. The windows are (c) openigloo drafty and you can't keep (c) openigloo the cold air out

    pest problem, work was done (c) openigloo in the basement about a (c) openigloo year ago and it made (c) openigloo all the mice scurry to (c) openigloo find another place to be.

    Have an automated request system, do something about the mice

    rent too expensive, and rent increases with each lease leads to major tenant rollover

    The street noise is minimal (c) openigloo especially if your apartment is (c) openigloo north facing. Neighbors are nice (c) openigloo and polite. Dog friendly.

    Super is awful with the (c) openigloo garbage maintenance. Pests have strewn (c) openigloo garbage all over the ground, (c) openigloo I've seen rats, cockroaches, and (c) openigloo especially in the summer, there (c) openigloo are tons of huge flies (c) openigloo all around the stairs.

    Get a new, more competent super

    The hallways are relatively clean (c) openigloo and there is a guy (c) openigloo that takes care of trash (c) openigloo every day

    They are not responsive at (c) openigloo all. I have had a (c) openigloo mice problem for the entire (c) openigloo 2+ years in my unit. (c) openigloo The only fix they provided (c) openigloo was the sticky traps (which (c) openigloo do not work). I had (c) openigloo to pull out the stove (c) openigloo & fridge myself to clean (c) openigloo the enormous amount of mice (c) openigloo poop & cover multiple holes (c) openigloo because management refused to do (c) openigloo so / were unresponsive.
