love the building but noisy in the back

pest control every month, no (c) openigloo rats/very minimal bugs. hallway is (c) openigloo kept clean and I usually (c) openigloo can't hear my building neighbors (c) openigloo unless i'm in the hallway. (c) openigloo never had a problem with (c) openigloo heat or electricity.
Cons:
the building is old and (c) openigloo apartments show that. plumbing isn't (c) openigloo the best and can cause (c) openigloo water damage from time to (c) openigloo time. the super acts friendly (c) openigloo at first but is cold (c) openigloo and will take a while (c) openigloo to help (if at all). (c) openigloo if you have a unit (c) openigloo facing the back - i (c) openigloo would recommend you DO NOT (c) openigloo take it. the backyard unit's (c) openigloo dog barks 24/7 when they're (c) openigloo not home and there's a (c) openigloo seperate man who yells outside (c) openigloo for hours (not kidding, hours) (c) openigloo at a time from a (c) openigloo different building's backyard on 25th. (c) openigloo if your unit faces 24th (c) openigloo - you'll be fine.

Super lacks general knowledge, building (c) openigloo staff complain all the time, (c) openigloo building isn't professionally run, repairs (c) openigloo are NEVER completed in rental (c) openigloo units, Management is unresponsive, All (c) openigloo repairs are done by one (c) openigloo person/company so you never get (c) openigloo it done in time - (c) openigloo they will start a repair (c) openigloo and then never finish it, (c) openigloo or better yet they will (c) openigloo never repair anything until the (c) openigloo walls are falling down and (c) openigloo you file complaints with the (c) openigloo city, then they will let (c) openigloo you know they want to (c) openigloo fix it, but then never (c) openigloo will. The boiler is (c) openigloo quite old, but the BOD (c) openigloo is TOO CHEAP to buy (c) openigloo a new one, so they (c) openigloo asked the super how long (c) openigloo it could last, which is (c) openigloo why each year there is (c) openigloo a leak being fixed because (c) openigloo it's about 10 years past (c) openigloo its useful life and should (c) openigloo have already been replaced. That's (c) openigloo why there's always water shutoffs (c) openigloo - and boy, don't you (c) openigloo love that brown rust from (c) openigloo the pipes coming through our (c) openigloo water lines all the time? (c) openigloo It's great to shower in.

Find a new management company, and not your friend from HighSchool who's doing everything they can to save a buck.
