Cons:
There are problems with roaches, (c) openigloo as well as heating during (c) openigloo the winter. The windows are (c) openigloo drafty and you can't keep (c) openigloo the cold air out

Have an automated request system, do something about the mice

The street noise is minimal (c) openigloo especially if your apartment is (c) openigloo north facing. Neighbors are nice (c) openigloo and polite. Dog friendly.
Cons:
Super is awful with the (c) openigloo garbage maintenance. Pests have strewn (c) openigloo garbage all over the ground, (c) openigloo I've seen rats, cockroaches, and (c) openigloo especially in the summer, there (c) openigloo are tons of huge flies (c) openigloo all around the stairs.

Get a new, more competent super

They are not responsive at (c) openigloo all. I have had a (c) openigloo mice problem for the entire (c) openigloo 2+ years in my unit. (c) openigloo The only fix they provided (c) openigloo was the sticky traps (which (c) openigloo do not work). I had (c) openigloo to pull out the stove (c) openigloo & fridge myself to clean (c) openigloo the enormous amount of mice (c) openigloo poop & cover multiple holes (c) openigloo because management refused to do (c) openigloo so / were unresponsive.
