Approach this building with caution
Former Tenant
Pros:
The 1 bedrooms in this building are spacious. There is lots of light. Pet friendly - like tons of pets in the building which makes for some super cute moments.
Cons:
The landlord lives in the building but you'll still have to wait for things to be done. Once they are done they will not be done well. The building has pest issues. Rats run in front of the building as soon as it's dark, water bugs are rampant, cockroaches are very prevalent. Washing machines in the shared laundry are always breaking, at least two at a time. The management company does not take anything seriously. Neighbors can be very loud, abusive, they steal, and building management does little to nothing to intervene.
Advice to owner:
Get it together. The units need serious updating for the prices being asked for and the building needs a facelift. ASAP
