Good building, bad building management

Building management is unwilling to negotiate with tenants. Like all other big firm, only care about profit.

Good for the cost

Pros:
Amazing location, safe, no frills, no surprises, very spacious bedrooms, no weird smells, everything works or gets fixed quickly. Lots of sunlight. Quiet.
Cons:
Some roaches, outdated appliances, not all units have dishwasher/microwave
