Rough issues & noisy neighborhood. Landlords unreliable.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Common space is cleaned on a regular schedule. Big space & close to restaurants and Central Park.
Cons:
Small halway. Facade is falling apart & needs renovation. Floors are tilted. Paper thin walls. Noisy neighborhood. Had a crazy neighbor for 8 months and boiler broke for 4 days straight. Landlord & building management were unreliable.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to issues.
