Terrible management of building

Pros

Folks working in the building are kind. The nice neighbors.

Cons

Management is cheap and the building is falling apart. They do little to truly repair anything. I’ve had an issue every week since my lease started several months ago.

Advice to the owners

Buy new appliances to replace the broken ones and actually repair the plumbing issues plaguing this building.
