great LES spot

Pros:
friendly and quiet neighbors, prime LES location, easy to contact management office / landlord
Cons:
some cockroaches, but easily manageable with an exterminator’s help inconsistent heating issues, typically resolved quickly by management
Advice to owner:
sometimes issues with the heat, but overall enjoy living here!
