175 3rd Ave Experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location. Got a good deal with 2 months free. Walking distance of work and school and great nightlife around.
Cons:
Rodents on first floor, shoddy hot water, shoddy heat in winter, unresponsive landlord, slow construction workers. Average New York experience.
Advice to owner:
Answer your phone please. We pay a ton of money to live here. It would be decent if you to pick up the phone, ever.
