Nice building, very small apartment
Pros
The building is very clean and well maintained. Apartment is cute and comfortable.
Cons
Apartment is extremely tiny and the street is very noisy.

Pros
Great location, respectful neighbors, balcony, rooms were not huge but definitely big enough, “pretty”
Cons
Several maintenance issues (air conditioning, hot water), management/super often was unresponsive/not helpful, had packages stolen once or twice, sometimes cockroaches in the entryway or by the trash, wish it was a bit closer to the subway, lighting wasn’t great in the majority of the rooms
