Very welcoming and friendly doormen, porters and super. No issues at all with any pests.

Convenient Cute Spot

Pros

Pretty responsive and the doormen are great. You get to know your neighbors if you live there for a bit. Close to trains and restaurants if you're a foodie.

Cons

One of the elevators has been down since February. They also tend to lock the elevator the minute it hits 9 so people would need to walk down the stairs. Not very helpful during working hours
