Practical and comfy

Pros:
Super in building, hes very nice and responsive. A lot of people in building been here many years and very friendly. Any work that needs done they come right away to fix! Pretty quiet building for the most part, once and a while people being loud. Building is old so sometimes heat is not too powerful nor is water pressure. But for rent stabilized it is comfortable

There are a few strange neighbors that make noise

The building is clean and well-kept. The super is very responsive and helpful. Landlord/management is decent and overall responsive.
Cons:
Nothing particularly bad about the building. The landlord owns the building around the corner and we sometimes get forgotten but the super ensures everything is up to speed.

Clean, great super, apartment was nicely renovated for move in. Great sunlight and quiet neighbors.
Cons:
Ocean parkway can get loud with car noise. No laundry room.
