Good location, but cleanliness is poor
Former Tenant
Pros:
- The location of the building is the best part, close to everything
Cons:
I wouldn't choose to live here again because of the lack of cleanliness. It's common to see a bug in the hallway or even in the lobby. Sometimes you have to call management twice before something gets fixed. These things can get annoying quickly.
Advice to owner:
Treat your buildings with more dignity and respect. If you can't even keep your hallways clean for your tenants, what does that say about your leadership and character?

Great building already
Former Tenant
Pros:
The security in the lobby at all times
Clean all around
Small park in the middle of both buildings
Cons:
Loud neighbors sometimes usually quiet
Water pipe repairs lead to hours sometimes without hot water
