Very clean and secure
Cons:
Can’t use rooftop or backyard garden since moved in over 5 years now

Pros:
Nice building! If you have a back window the view is nice if your on the 8+ floor. A lot of natural sunlight! No need for lights during the day time.
Cons:
Porter mops the floor every few days; should be mopping everyday. Same with cleaning the elevator and main entrance after taking out the trash. Neighbor is loud and inconsiderate. Dryers has been out for two months.
Advice to owner:
Porter is lazy. Please
