Adequate space, close to G (c) openigloo train. Good parking for guests (c) openigloo on weekends. Beautiful neighborhood with (c) openigloo cafes and yoga studios. Easy (c) openigloo walk to Fort Greene. Reasonable (c) openigloo rent increases.
Cons:
Limited sunlight in living room. (c) openigloo Large real estate management company (c) openigloo took over, and communication became (c) openigloo less timely and efficient.

Apartment was loud at night. (c) openigloo My packages got stolen a (c) openigloo lot when i lived there. (c) openigloo Some units had laundry and (c) openigloo others didn't.
Nice neighborhood, but increase the rent very high after a year

Cons:
Since the new managers have (c) openigloo taken over (summer 2023), they've (c) openigloo been much less responsive and (c) openigloo currently don't take accountability for (c) openigloo their mistakes.

Be more responsive and come when you say you'll come!

The new management is really (c) openigloo good with the upkeep and (c) openigloo maintenance of this building. It’s on (c) openigloo a relatively quiet street.
Cons:
People smoke and hang out (c) openigloo in the hallways late night/early (c) openigloo mornings. Lost of rodents despite exterminator (c) openigloo services regularly
Advice to owner:
Address people defeating the safety lock on the front door, address the smoking in the hallways.
