Could be better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Brand new, quiet neighborhood, updated appliances, W/D in unit, decent sized bedrooms
Cons:
Poor management (Kings Capital), poor communication for emergencies, pest control issue that was never resolved.
EDIT: on 3rd management property since 2020. Bought by freestone 03/22. W/D has persistent issues they do not properly fix. Responds to issues in a more timely manner, but responses are lacking quality.
