Legit nothing. He is terrible
Cons:
He doesn't maintain the building at all. I would not be shocked if there is mold in the walls. It's a science experiment on the first floor towards the basement.

cheap rent, amazing roofs, amazing neighborhood
Cons:
the management is completely MIA, they use a BS email and screen calls, unit was not cleaned before our moving in, still battling to receive security deposit back, they literally called an old tenant of our unit from three years prior when they meant to contact us
