Pros
1895 for two bedrooms (was 1800 for the first 4-5 years my roommate lived here) Gets lots of natural light Hardwood floors No pest issues Decent neighbours Landlord is easy to get in touch with b phone or email
Cons
Water pressure is fine but hot water does not last long. It’s hard to get the super to come out to fix repairs when that is literally his job. Very outdated appliances

Sunset Park Building
Pros
Pre war, Carlos is awesome, pets allowed, hard wood, gas stove :)
Cons
Maintenance people will come in even if you aren’t there (they call first but will not wait for you to come back), iffy cleanliness in apartment
